Join Jennie Spangenberg for a presentation on how to live a more natural lifestyle.  She will have you take a look in your home and daily routines to observe what you are exposed to and how to make small changes to make the switch to a more natural non toxic lifestyle. Participants will be able to sample essential oils and some homemade products using essential oils.  Participants will make an immune boosting roll on and a room spray to take home with them.
