Why not spend lunch at the Salem Common participating in Qi Gong? Developed thousands of years ago, QiGong is practiced by people worldwide as a way to experience a healthier and more active life.  The gentle fluid movements are known to increase energy, open the joints and stretch and strengthen the muscles.  Studies has shown that practicing Qi Gong regularly can improve balance, relive pain and arthritis symptoms, increase mobility and reduce stress.

Date: Fridays, June 1st-June 22nd ( Friday, June 29th will serve as a make-up day if necessary)
Time: 12:15-1:00pm
Location: Salem Common (meet near the Gazebo)
Price: $40.00 for the 4 week session, $15.00 drop in rate
