Teens in yoga class.
HITT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Join local fitness instructor, Beth Schultz for this weekly class which will help increase your muscle strength, coordination and endurance.  This class will offer equal parts cardio and strength training.  Resistance bands provided.

Ages: 18+
Date: Mondays
   
     Session One: February 10th - March 16th ( no class on 2/17)
         * Please be aware that the Community Life Center will be closed to the public until further notice.  Once we have a scheduled re-opening date, we will update these session dates
         Session Two:  March 23rd - April 27th (no class on 4/20)
         Session Three: May 4th - June 8th (no class on 5/25)

Time: 5:00-6:00pm

Location: Community Life Center, 401 Bridge St.
Price:  $45.00 for the session.  Drop in rate is $13.00 per day
