HITT (High Intensity Interval Training).
We are so excited to be offering this class in our new building!
Join local fitness instructor, Beth Schultz for this weekly class which will help increase your muscle strength, coordination and endurance. This class will offer equal parts cardio and strength training. Resistance bands provided.
Date and Time:
Session One: September 24th - November 5th (no class on October 8th)
Session Two: November 19th - December 17th
Session Three: January 7th - February 11th (no class on January 21st)
Session Four: February 25th - April 1st

SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY RATE $45.00 for the session. Drop in rate is $10.00 per day
