Muscle and Strength Conditioning for Men

Light weights
This six week class is designed to increase physical strength through weight training and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked head to toe, finishing with conditioning and core training. Class will be held in our fitness room and some exercise machines may be used for training.

Ages: Men, Ages 18+
Date: Tuesdays, March 5th - April 9th, 2019
Time: 6:15-7:15 pm

Price: $50.00 per session, or a drop in rate of $12.00
