Purple pilates ball.
Participants will use a 2-3 pound weighted ball for a mixture of cardiovascular and strength exercises.  This fun, innovative method of exercise is effective for improving strength, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness.  Have a ball while getting fit!
Equipment will be provided.

Session One: March 7th - March28th
Session Two: April11th - May 2nd
Time: 4:00-4:45pm
Cost: $35.00 for the 4 week session or a per class drop in fee of $10.00
