Light weights
This 30 minute workout is designed to burn calories and build lean muscle in a compressed amount of time.  Through timed intervals at 8 different stations per class, participants will engage in strength training at a cardio pace.  Tools such as free weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, a BOSU ball, agility ladders, a stability ball and TRX will be utilized to keep the workouts varied and fun.

Date: Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 5th - March 28th
Time: 5:30-6:00 pm
Location: Salem Community Life Center, 401 Bridge St.
Price: $55.00 per person for the 8 class session
