A variety of formats, this class is designed to challenge you through movement.  Stretch will be in the form of yoga poses threaded together in a sequence to warm up the muscles.  Tone will be in a variety of exercises through the use of weights, resistance bands and tubing.  Lastly strengthen will be a combination of body weight exercises, functional movement and lots of ab work.  All levels welcome.

Ages: 18+
Dates
January Session:  Tuesdays, January 14th - February 4th
February Session: Mondays, February 10th - March 9th ( no class on 2/17)

Time: 7:00-8:00pm
Location: Salem Community Life Center, 401 Bridge St.
Price: $55.00 for the 4 week session or a nightly drop in rate of $15.00
