With the opening of our newest city park, 289 Derby Street, we are pleased to offer this free class during the summer of 2019!
Tai Chi Yang style, based on Chinese martial arts, is a ten minute sequence of flowing movements, standing up, which facilitates the integration of body, mind and spirit. Tai Chi has multiple health benefits, including the strengthening of memory, concentration, coordination, flexibility and balance. It also improves circulation, supports better sleep and massages and stimulates the inner organs. Tai Chi induces deep breathing and relation which in turns helps with stress reduction.
