Tai Chi Yang style, based on Chinese martial arts, is a ten minute sequence of flowing movements, standing up, which facilitates the integration of body, mind and spirit. Tai Chi has multiple health benefits, including the strengthening of memory, concentration, coordination, flexibility and balance. It also improves circulation, supports better sleep and massages and stimulates the inner organs. Tai Chi induces deep breathing and relation which in turns helps with stress reduction.
Tuesdays, September 10th - October 8th
* Thursday mornings will serve as a weather make up date if necessary
7:00am - 8:00am

Please note that this class is weather permitting. If we need to cancel due to inclement weather, we would post the cancellation on our Facebook page by 8:00pm the night before.
