Salem Park, Recreation and Community Services is proud to be partnering with
B & S Fitness programs, one of the leading providers of adult fitness programs north of Boston, to bring back a boot camp style total-body, weight loss focused conditioning program designed to improve your muscular strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination, and mobility.  All levels are welcome to join, however, we would love to see beginners who are looking to try something new that need motivation, structure, guidance and accountability.  Make this summer, during an unprecedented, time, change how you think about exercise. You will actually have FUN working out in the great outdoors while achieving things you never thought possible. This class will be held rain or shine. We ask all participants to bring a towel or a mat.  We are also happy to say that we are offering this class at half the price!!!

Date: Tuesdays and Thursdays for a 6 week session, July 14th - August 20th

Salem Park, Recreation and Community Services is following all guidelines and regulations set forth by the state and our local health department with regards to COVID-19. 

* Participants must show no signs or symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days
* Group size is limited to 10 participants
* No drop ins allowed
* Social distancing will be enforced
* Face covering must be worn. 
 All participants must sign the attached COVID-19 waiver and return the completed form to Park and Recreation prior to the start of the program.  COVID-19 Waiver
